✨ Meet Terri — the heart behind Renew You Studio ✨
Oh wow… where do I even start with Terri?
About ten years ago, Terri tried red light therapy for the very first time at a business that had a red light therapy bed. And after only three sessions, she noticed a difference — especially with the reduction of age spots. That was all it took. She was hooked (and honestly, who wouldn’t be?!).
But what I love most is what she did next.
Terri didn’t just say “that was cool” and move on. She got excited. She started doing her own research, learning everything she could about red light therapy, anti-aging, and healing devices… and eventually decided she wanted to create a space where other people could experience that same “wow” feeling too.
That’s how Renew You Studio was born — from real results, genuine curiosity, and a huge desire to help others feel their best.
Since opening in 2020, Terri has continued to grow the studio and bring in some seriously amazing services, including:
• a red light therapy bed
• a hydro sauna bed with red light
• a hybrid tanning bed (bronzing + red light therapy bulbs)
• cryotherapy
• and so much more
It’s honestly hard for both of us to pick a favorite… but Terri will tell you her top pick is the Halo Salt Sauna — especially because it’s amazing for seasonal allergies.
More than anything though, what really makes Renew You special is Terri. She brings incredible customer service, so much care, and a real passion for self-care right here in the heart of Evans.
