McKee Wellness Foundation has been awarded a $400,000 grant from the The Colorado Health Foundation! 🎉

This incredible support helps fuel the brand-new North Loveland Community Health Center, which opened in May 2025 and is already transforming access to care in our community.

“This capital support will free up critical resources and allow for even greater flexibility in responding to the needs of our community,” said Nate Lamkin, Executive Director. “We are grateful to Colorado Health Foundation for their confidence in our mission. Our decades-long partnership with Sunrise Community Health has saved and changed countless lives.”

Community Health Centers (CHCs) care for patients across the lifespan, from the 637,385 patients who received prenatal care in 2024, to the 9.8 million children served, to the 4.1 million patients over age 65 — the fastest-growing population of CHC patients.

With 1,512 health centers at more than 17,000 locations, CHCs serve nearly 34 million patients -- at least 1 in 10 and up to 1 in 7 Americans -- and are the nation’s largest primary care network, ensuring every generation has access to affordable, high-quality care.
