Dear Valued Patients,

We would like to provide official notice of an upcoming policy update. Due to an increased volume of same-day cancellations and no-show appointments, we will begin enforcing a $50.00 same-day cancellation and no-show fee. A card will be placed on file to process this fee when these situations occur.

Appointment times are important to the patients who need care as well as to our providers and staff. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and genuine one-off situations will be taken into consideration, the non-enforcement of this policy outlined in our intake paperwork has increasingly been taken advantage of.

This updated policy will go into effect on Monday, November 24th, 2025.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to continue providing timely, high-quality care to all of our patients.
