We are looking forward to hosting Botox for a Cure at Evans Dermatology! 100% of the proceeds from Botox treatments completed May 5th at the event will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to benefit Ann Jones and Team Annie Strong!

*Injections will be completed during the event by Dr. Florentino, Morgan Cummings PA-C, and Savanna Perry, PA-C. Tracey Shaffer will also be helping with consults and information on chemical peels

*Everyone attending the event and purchasing botox will get a discount card for one chemical peel

*For anyone wanting to support this wonderful cause but you do not currently need Botox, you can donate $50.00 to the LLS for during the event and receive a card to return in the next six months for 32 units of Botox for $300 (regular price $480)
