Simply put, Madison Heights is dedicated memory care community in the area. Because we serve only memory loss residents, we offer a refreshing and intimate environment tailored to members of our community. Every 67 seconds, someone in the United States develops Alzheimer’s disease and with that diagnosis or those of other forms of memory loss, comes uncertainty for the future. We put each resident’s individual needs at the center of everything we do, offering an unforeseen approach that our residents and their families not only appreciate, but also deserve. We look forward to helping you in Writing Life’s Next Chapter.

A huge thank you to HM Rabbitry for bringing bunnies to visit us. Our residents fell in love but begrudgingly gave them back to their amazing owners . What a great way to start the new year. 🐇

Our crafty residents enjoyed lots of Christmas crafts this season. Bristol Hospice brought a craft to decorate our rooms for the season and we also made aluminum foil Christmas ornaments. What a full and fun season.

Themed Thursdays are fun for staff and make the residents smile. This month we celebrated the holidays with Christmas headgear, Christmas sweaters and dressing like a holiday movie character. 🎄 🎅🏽

Chances are that if you have walked through the doors at Madison Heights recently, you’ve heard Ricky sing. Since his passion is singing and performing, we decided he needed the opportunity to perform in a Christmas concert of his own. Steph Secrist accompanied him on the piano and they were an amazingly talented pair. ✨ 🎄 🎶

Augusta Christian Singles blessed our residents with Christmas gifts. Their bags included wash cloths, a small stuffed friend, snacks, socks, chapstick and hand lotion. We got to visit with Moses too during their delivery. Thank you Augusta Christian Singles!

One of our favorite holiday traditions is driving around to see Christmas lights and decorations. We had a bus full and had a great time. 🚌 🎄 🎅🏽

We had a fabulous time celebrating Christmas with our residents’ families! Thank you to everyone who took the time to join us for the festivities! And a huge thank you to the Journey Church Bible study group who donated Christmas bags for our residents. 🎄

One of our very favorite Christmas traditions is when Strings of Harmony comes to play Christmas carols for us. We have watched these musicians grow is stature and talent over the years. They are such a kind and talented group. 🎻 🎄
