Throwback Thursday! ABĒCA Naturals began in a tiny corner of my dining room. I spent hours in online classes, reading books, formulating recipes, and learning all about the human body. I started making small batches of salves, deodorants, and tinctures. One day at a time, we grew. One new customer. Two return customers. More product ideas. Day by day, I eventually grew out of that corner. Today, we have a small team that operates out of a 700sf garage - and to date we have served over 4,000 happy customers 🥹

Today could not have been more amazing 🥹 Thank you Emily, thank you students, thank you sponsors, thank you LORD! What a blessed day! Not only did I get to do what I love, but I got a reunion with the one and only Suzanne, who selflessly served all day at Planted on Purpose! I miss her and love her so much! Thank you also to my friend Ellen, who served as well. Emily and I could not have done it without THEM! We had such a wonderful day!!!!!!!!

I am blessed to serve in our children’s ministry at First Baptist Church North Augusta. Last night at church, one of my little friends was showing me her Bible WordSearch book. I was so tickled to come across this page (Frankincense was on the page right before it!) Notice one of the words to search here is “medicine.” God’s Word has shown us since day one that plants are medicine! Yet for some reason there is a whole host of people (especially Christians) who stigmatize plant medicine, convinced that it’s sorcery or idol worship. Oh, how it grieves my heart! My prayer every day is for the Holy Spirit to reveal truth to His church about plant medicine. What a provision from the Lord for all people! He is a graceful God!

What is your first go-to for earaches? ❤️ for Colloidal Silver, 👍🏼 for Garlic & Mullein flower oil! I am ALL about Silver, but I generally just reach for the first thing I have available! I always say the best thing to help with your ailment is whatever you have lying around 💜 THAT is having a home apothecary! 🌱
