30-minute sessions are recommended for optimal results.

8 sessions over 4 weeks (2x per week)

This program is designed to build momentum and track measurable progress.
Single sessions are also available:
Targeted Session (30 min) โ $60
Dual Zone Session โ $80
LED Enhancement (added to your massage) โ $40
I work with a limited number of program clients at a time to ensure consistency and proper scheduling.
