Bikram Yoga at it's best now including: 70/90 minute Bikram Yoga, 60 minute Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Fusion classes and our 30 Minute HIIT Yoga classes!

New Igniters will arrive this afternoon via USPS. I will install as soon as I have them. I woke up at 3:45am and never really got back to sleep. I need the heat fixed and I need some yoga! Everybody breathe! ;-) Debbie and Lusik practicing in the room right now in 90f/53%. Can you say GAMERS!

Kinda' strange, but this studio with the heat off is hotter than the studio in South Africa where Michelle & I practiced. NOT KIDDING! :-)

Hey gang!
Heating system in the room is currently down. Room is at 83f / 55% humidity. Not cold, just not hot. I keep getting back for a bit, but it ain't sticking. The new part that will fix it hopefully arrives by 10am. HVAC specialist in around 1p.
I'll keep you posted here.

The 7:30pm Vinyasa Class will be a Yin Yoga class just for this evening. Lorelei has lost her voice, but not her spirit!! Stuart will be teaching Yin instead. Come check it out!

Hey Gang! Just a heads up: The 5pm Sunday YIN YOGA class is CANCELLED due to the Super Bowl. GO BEARS! (Sorry, had to do it!) :-)
