A little seasonal challenge to welcome spring with more intention, movement, and self care.

I created a Spring Wellness Bingo filled with small rituals for the body, mind, and spirit — simple ways to slow down and reconnect throughout the month.

🌸 Bingo cards are available at Gigi’s or at Flourish during your appointment.

The challenge begins Monday ( March 9th) and runs through the end of the month.
