Grateful Yoga offers weekly drop-in Hatha, Gentle, Qigong, and meditation, plus private instruction, workshops and yoga therapy. For summer 2021 our weekly classes remain on Zoom, while workshops are held live.

Yoga therapy is a refinement of the broader yoga repertoire to emphasize particular effects. In Becky upcoming Yoga for Strong Bones and Healthy Joints class, she carefully selects not just postures but also durations (longer holds) and number of repetitions (more than once) which scientific studies suggest can stimulate bone growth. These ingredients are often part of drop-in classes, but probably not consistently enough to have an enduring effect.
