Do you feel distant from your child or is your relationship with them tense? Have you considered how an apology to them could strengthen your relationship, and even heal old wounds?

We are offering free support to help parents improve their relationship with their child of any age.

If you would like to participate and receive this support, you will receive individual guidance to create and deliver a therapeutic apology to your child and complete two questionnaires asking about yourself and your relationship with your child.
