We loved spending the day foot zoning our friends over at Trona Valley Bank! Even brought along my “personal assistant” — though she may have snuck in a nap or two on the job. 😴😂

One of the best parts? We came to them! Employees signed up for times that fit around their schedules, so no disruption — just a much-needed reset and a chance to recharge. ✨

We’re hoping to sneak in one more session at the Bear River fire circle—as long as the weather behaves. Don’t worry though, we’ve got a cozy backup plan just in case. 🙌

It will be a bit cooler out, so dress warm and comfy—but truly, there’s something magical about gathering around the fire under the open sky. 🔥🌌

Shout out to everyone who joined us tonight for the sound bath! Thank you so much fir your support! At 4pm I was nervous we were going to get rained out but we could not have asked for more perfect weather! We were also were joined by a ton of crows who flew over singing! It was pretty amazing! Happy Full Moon! May your month be abundant and you heart be full of gratitude!
