Dear friends, I want you to remember:

1. Not everybody understands/comprehends the way you do.
2. Not everybody communicates the way you do.
3. Not everybody expresses themselves the way you do.
4. Not everybody knows how.
5. Not everybody learns the way you do.
6. Not everybody sees the way you see.
7. Not everybody feels the way you do.
8. Not everybody is capable of seeing danger coming.
9. Not everybody can tell whether you’re joking or telling her the truth.
10. Some are highly sensitive, a gift and a curse.
11. Not everybody knows how to protect themselves or advocate for themselves.
12. Not everybody knows how to identify emotions.
13. Not everybody feels safe around people.
14. Not everybody’s body language will be the same.

Not everybody is capable of regurgitating information.

So please drop the expectations and the criticism and judgements. Be open to accepting others and understanding and being compassionate.

Respectfully,
The Neurodivergent Community and Trauma community.

Elon Musk states that due to AI, we will have jobs as hobbies. The IRS, (as a hobby) expects you to report the income without itemizing as of 2017. Sure pay taxes, on tip of the sales tax paid when purchasing the items to fulfill the product or provides the service. I believe, if you think about, when a person needs to make money, what do they do? They try to get a full time job with benefits, the best job they can, they take what comes, and they do side jobs, and what ever they can to make more money….as jobs become limited, the trend is to move toward personal development, find jobs that will always be needed…service jobs, nurse, auto, construction, etc… and and hobby jobs. Whatever they can do, procure, provide to sell. Level Up Racine

Having nephews and nieces with autism, having employees and volunteers who are neurodivergent. Oh and being Neurodiverge...

Having nephews and nieces with autism, having employees and volunteers who are neurodivergent. Oh and being Neurodivergent myself…my message to you is to slow down, be kind, be patient with every one! We live in a world where everyone is so busy and in a hurry to produce, get off one call to take the next, etc…and communicating half hazardously, assuming everyone understands and assuming everyone is like you! Please have decency and courtesy to just be kind. I think everyone needs to take a sensitivity culture class…so you know what it’s like to not have the use of your hands when your threading a needle, so you know what it’s like when your hearing is limited and so you know how people process information and emotions! Just be patient and kind!!!!!

It all started with a gamer's vision and the family of Officer Wilson to keep kids off the street, and Officer Wilson's family and friend's desire to keep his spirit alive, to continue to continue to serve as he did for many years, (14 years as volunteer police officer ) and to honor him.
