Hello Friends!

I will be starting Pop Up Fitness Classes next Thursday morning/evening at 9:30 am and 6:30 pm. Classes will be held at Gibbs-Morrison Cultural Center in Evanston 1823 Church St., parking is FREE across the street at the Farmers market!

You will need to bring your own mat and set of weights!
Please let me know if you have any questions. For now,
classes will take place every Thursday of each month
through August. Space is limited! For further details
