Funny how perspective is everything. This bag of towels may look like a daunting chore to some.

To me? Ahh, it’s an act of devotion. An act of gratitude. An act of seva (selfless service) and saucha (1st Niyama, external and internal cleanliness).

I don’t “have to” clean up after you, I GET to clean up after you. The shift is small and hugely impactful.

Each one of these towels is a person who showed up, who put sweat and heart into their practice. Who chose kindness and connection to self over punishment and force. Thank you!!
