We just had to share!

I'm excited to share a truly remarkable outcome from my Functional Bodywork practice. One of my long-term clients had been struggling to conceive for over a year. Despite numerous doctor's appointments, no medical explanation was found. Just as I completed my Pregnancy class, in the Functional Bodywork Course, she reached out for help.

During her session, I discovered significant tension in her uterus and bladder, which I was able to release through bodywork. While her subsequent pregnancy last year ended in miscarriage, it was a hopeful sign. After another session to address renewed tension in her uterus, I'm thrilled to share that she's now happily 23 weeks pregnant!

This experience is a powerful testament to the incredible potential of Functional Bodywork. It's truly amazing to witness the body's ability to heal and restore itself. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to support my clients on their journeys to wellness.

Massage Mondays

Some of you may remember Carla Eason, a licensed massage therapist I have gone to for years. She worked with me when I had the studio on Lake and Ridge in Wilmette many years ago. I am very picky about my massage therapists, and I love love love Carla's very intuitive and caring massage sessions! I partake regularly.
