Happy New Year 2024!!!

The new year has arrived, and with it comes new insurance and insurance cards. This month, we will send forms through the portal to update your insurance details in our profile. If nothing has changed, please select “no change” and submit the form. However, if you have a new insurance card or policy, please update the card on file accordingly.

Please note that if we do not have your updated insurance information, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session. You may submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
