A monthly Reset for mind, body, & spirit.

75-Minute Guided Meditation + Vibrational Sound Bath Experience
📍 Evanston – Candlelit sanctuary (lower level of HURD)

Plot twist.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be. And so are you.

It’s hard. It’s painful. It’s downright uncomfortable. Being squeezed does not feel good. Not knowing where you are headed is scary. Being misunderstood and labeled as unfocused, too relaxed or not corporate enough or (fill in the blank) can be frustrating, and lonely.

Such is the life of a healer; a musician, artist, creator, yogi, acupuncturist, an entrepreneur.

Please understand, you are needed. AI can’t replace you. Your touch is unique. Your ideas and compositions are incomparable. Remember your why, do you, and don’t look back.
