Thus giving birth to the Keëfir brand of probiotic powders for encapsulation and powdered packaging. Why artisanal probiotics? Market research have shown that the average consumer’s buying patterns are changing and that more people focus on natural health products as part of their diet. With both the pharmaceutical probiotic market and the food probiotic market growing at a fast pace, a gap was created to bridge the two markets and create a product that can feed from both markets. Unfortunately the probiotic products available in both markets are flooded with either preservatives and additives or the strains in the probiotics are limited with only laboratory cultivated single strains. These concerns limits the consumers and forces them to purchase products that claim to be healthy, but also consist of constituents that has negative effects on their overall health, thus eliminating the real health benefits. Why don’t probiotic manufacturers just produce clean artisanal probiotics? Mainly because they don’t know how to. Artisanal cultivating methods works easily when culturing at home in small quantities, but once bulk cultivating takes place, it not only becomes a very difficult task but many of the beneficial properties of the cultures are lost due to:
-Contamination through the materials/metals the equipment are made of.
-Environmental conditions and their effects on the constituents of the final product.
-Cost of cultivation that exceeds market sales costs or limits the profits to be made.
-Production times affecting quantities for delivery. Most importantly, cultivating the amounts of cultures required to produce in bulk can take years before even one contract order can be taken. Meek Biotics is working with the Red Ribbon Community Initiative to supply our local community and those families and individuals in need with free probiotics to boost their immune system, food and essentials.

We encourage all of you to support your local community during this time too. Comply with regulations set in place for everyone's safety and assist those in need.

The beneficial bacteria and yeast organisms in our Keëfir Probiotic Supplements are cultivated in a naturally occuring eco-system to ensure that the micro-organisms forms a broad spectrum of Colony Forming Units (CFU's).

The formation of Polysaccharide matrix technology which protects the live bacteria from being destroyed by stomach acid before it reaches the gut, is an added benefit that is a direct result of our Air-HF Technology during the drying process. This matrix forms naturally and do not only offer protection but provides food for the bacteria to ensure a enhanced shelf stability along with the benefit of allowing the product to be stored at room temperatures.

Each serving contains 22 billion CFU's which is safe to consume by people from all ages, including breastfeeding mothers.
