We have used earth-friendly and sustainable building products such as bamboo floors, low toxicity paints, recycled paper products and eco-friendly yoga mats to create a high vibration for your yoga and healing practice. Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life. You will find class styles in Anusara, Baptiste, Jivamukti, Kripalu, Hatha, Sivananada, Intregral Yoga, Forrest Method, and Kundalini. We are renowned for our prenatal yoga classes and our comprehensive kids/teen yoga program (Learn more). We have the top yoga teachers and healers in Chicago. Many of our teachers train other teachers nationally and internationally. As the Director of Heaven Meets Earth Family Yoga Studio, I've traveled world-wide teaching and training in health, fitness, yoga and healing therapies. Dinacharya can change your life by creating a consistent daily rhythm that improves physical and mental health, reduces stress, and promotes self-awareness. By aligning with natural cycles and incorporating specific Ayurvedic practices, you can support your body’s detoxification, strengthen digestion, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and presence.
Improves physical health
Detoxifies the body: Daily practices like tongue scraping and oil pulling help remove toxins.
Boosts digestion: Eating your largest meal at midday when your digestive fire is strongest and having a smaller dinner 2-3 hours before bed can significantly improve digestion.
Enhances energy: Waking up before sunrise and establishing a routine helps regulate bodily functions, leading to better energy levels.
