We have used earth-friendly and sustainable building products such as bamboo floors, low toxicity paints, recycled paper products and eco-friendly yoga mats to create a high vibration for your yoga and healing practice. Our program is rooted in vinyasa and Kundalini yoga systems with emphasis on asana, pranayama and meditation to help you live your best life. You will find class styles in Anusara, Baptiste, Jivamukti, Kripalu, Hatha, Sivananada, Intregral Yoga, Forrest Method, and Kundalini. We are renowned for our prenatal yoga classes and our comprehensive kids/teen yoga program (Learn more). We have the top yoga teachers and healers in Chicago. Many of our teachers train other teachers nationally and internationally. As the Director of Heaven Meets Earth Family Yoga Studio, I've traveled world-wide teaching and training in health, fitness, yoga and healing therapies.
