Hey Friends!! Tonight, 9/9/25, at 6pm, Courtney will be starting a NEW class, "Sacred Breath Vinyasa Flow" class at Yin Yang Yoga 4 You 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
She will be exploring our breath as we move our bodies through an active flow releasing toxins that are held in our minds, body and spirit!!
This class is for EVERYONE! Beginner to advanced - she offers multiple variations and modifications to accommodate. Each one of us is different so our practice will reflect that and it's such a beautiful thing to embrace 🙏
