Supplements have become a favorite amongst those who want the very best results. But, supplements really only supply about 1-5% of your results. What you need...
🟢 A good diet tailored to your goals!
🟢 Consistent exercise regiment!
🟢 Good sleep and low stress!
These will help more than anything else. BUT, there are a few supplements worth their salt!
🟢 Whey protein powder: a high protein supplement is great for those who have trouble fitting it into their normal diet!

For most people, this is an inevitable part of the diet journey. Like most things, it is how you react that matters.
🟢Realize that perfection is not possible. learn to forgive yourself and move on.
🟢Know that you aren't alone. Even the seemingly most disciplened, shredded, strongest, highest achieving individuals fail, and often.

👉👉 If you fail your diet that was meant to "fix everything," it is OKAY! Take a deep breath and move on. Ask yourself "Was this the right diet for me?" If yes, figure out why you failed and make a plan. If no, find a new one that looks like fun and you think you can follow. Rarely is there a one size fits all diet.

Most importantly... NEVER GIVE UP! You can do this!

I hear a LOT of people trying to get healthy talking negatively about whatever diet they're on... Why??
🔴If you hate what you eat, you will not eat it for very long.
🔴If you try to do things that work for someone else, it does not mean they will work for you.
🟢Find something that works for YOU! With foods that YOU enjoy and can eat FOREVER!

Not all diets are meant for everyone. It with take some trial and error. You can speed up the process and results if you get a coach, but you don't NEED to.

Maybe not completely but at least a little.
I see a lot, A LOT, of different influencers who already look the way you want to look. Doing a Tea Detox or putting lemon in your coffee, isn't what got them there. But it sells!🙄
HERE'S WHAT TO LOOK FOR!!!
🟢Research! Does what they say check out?
🟢Does it seem WAY too good to be true? Likely is.
🟢Do THEY actually follow that? Hard to know but most are not.

Do the research, set your mind to a goal, and grab a great coach. That's the best practice out there to find a good diet!💪

🟢Carbs are perfectly healthy... if you eat the amount you need.
🟢Where most get into trouble, and why it looks like carbs are bad, is that they are overeating in general. It just so happens it is quite easy to overeat on carbs.
🟢If you control your calories, and get plenty of exercise, carbs are GREAT for you.
💪If you are an ATHLETE, you NEED your carbs!!💪

🟢There will always be someone to pull you super far in one direction or another.
🟢But what is right for YOU?!
🟢The majority of experts recommend 0.8-1.2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
🟢Easiest way to know YOUR number is to hop on the scale, look at the number and use that number to start!

OKAY!!! Time for challenge number 2!! We are doing planks for time! You can do side planks or regular planks. Total time throughout the day! You will log it the same way you did your miles! Minimum requirement per day is 10 minutes, does not have to be done all at once! And again, the one with the most will get a special prize!
