After 14 years of using the same the booking & point of sale software, we decided it was time to upgrade to something new! We are very excited about this change, as it will help our business run smoother with our day to day operations and give a better client experience. Kinetic Chain Release is a series of gentle stretches and mobilizations that is done fully dressed. The service takes about 30-45 minutes and is full body. The goal of KCR is to balance the body. Most people have a minor leg length difference due to pelvis imbalances and the series of stretches are designed to help this!

Have you added cupping to your massage lately? Cupping uses negative pressure (suction) to help relax the muscles which can provide pain relief and improve circulation. In combination with massage, you get the best of both worlds by having positive pressure from my hands & forearms, and then negative pressure from the cups to help with muscle tension.

Here is an example of healthy blood circulation from a client of mine who has been getting cupping regularly for a few years now. When we first started with cupping, her marks would be more on the purple side which indicates stagnation in the tissue. These marks will only last a few days and no pain is involved. It is exciting to see the improvement in my client and just further shows the power that massage therapy and cupping can provide with consistency!
