In just 18 months, Crystal has completely changed her life and her hard work shows. Here’s what she shared with us in her own words:

“In 18 months I have lost 155lbs!! I started out weighing 299lbs and currently weigh 144lbs! I went from a size 22 in pants and 2XL in tops to now wearing a size 6 in pants and a XS in tops. “I wanted to let y’all know how grateful and blessed I am that your clinic has helped me. I used to be around 355 at my highest—3XL shirts and size 22-ish pants. It’s been a little over a year and now I’m at 247, wearing an XL and size 16 pants. I’m on a Volunteer Fire Department, and I was so upset knowing I could barely buckle my pants as you can see in the picture on the right. Let’s talk about Holly for a second because this glow-up was earned, not given.

After COVID rocked her world in 2020, her health took a serious hit. We’re talking THREE hip surgeries, hospitalization with sepsis, and heart failure. Most people would’ve stayed stuck in survival mode… but not Holly.

At the start of this year, she said “enough is enough.”
