During the national shortage of **semaglutide (Wegovy®/Ozempic®)** and **tirzepatide (Mounjaro®/Zepbound®)**, compounding pharmacies were allowed to make compounded versions so patients could continue treatment.

🔹 The situation involved a provider onboarding error where some names were mistakenly included on a list.
🔹 No medical records, diagnoses, insurance, or financial data were ever accessed, shared, or disclosed.
