Your Role:

• Comprehensive Care: Provide primary care services to diverse patients including family and geriatric populations.

• Multi-Setting Expertise: Work in inpatient, home, and outpatient clinic settings.

• Collaborative Health Management: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and caregivers.

• Patient Education: Enhance patients’ health literacy with prevention and wellness programs.

• Diagnostic & Documentation: Order labs/tests, interpret results, and maintain accurate, timely records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure & Certification: Valid Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult-Gerontology) license in INDIANA; certification (AANP or ANCC).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an NP in family or geriatric care (preferred).

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for home visits.

• Skillset: Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills.

We have one for you!!! Total Care Family Practice continues to grow and we are needing two MAs/ CMAs for our office at 2516 Waterbridge Way Evansville IN. This is a Mon - Friday position no weekends no holidays. Group of NPs that are Family Practice and Mental Health.
