Meet our newest counselor at Life in Motion, Megan Cielesz!

Megan Cielesz is a Licensed Social Worker who has worked with children, families, and individuals in both home-based and outpatient settings. She is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and develop healthier, more positive ways of coping. Megan has experience supporting clients with trauma, grief, loss, and palliative care needs. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, and is currently pursuing her LCSW to further expand her clinical expertise.

Megan provides counseling to people of all ages.

Linda Walters is a licensed mental health therapist (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of self. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, she supports clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and more.

Linda draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or working through difficult emotions, Linda provides a safe, supportive space to explore your story and foster meaningful change.

It was brought to our attention during the recent transition of Amanda Phelps Jones, NP to Dr. Malek’s office, messages were sent to our patients. We want to clarify that the providers at Life in Motion Family Wellness Center, including Katie Keller Riney, APRN, are not affiliated with Dr. Malek’s office. We are working on this and have notified them to remove all of our patients from their text message list.

If you have received any text messages or communications suggesting otherwise, please disregard them.

It's Window Wednesday! When we last checked in, we had funds to replace 55 of our 98 windows and we are now up to 59! You, your company, your church or organization can help us reach that goal with a donation of just $500. 📣 Announcement 📣

We want to inform our patients that Leslie Gasser, FNP will be leaving Life in Motion Family Wellness Center to take on a new role as a Hospice Coordinator. We appreciate her dedication and service to our patients and wish her all the best in her new position.

Moving forward, Katelyn Horton, FNP will be taking over Leslie Gasser’s patient load, and all patient visits will be transferred to her.
