Hate on us millennials all you want to boomers (stated respectfully of course 😇), but we were onto something when we popularized avocado toast 🤪

Most of us aren’t getting enough. That’s just the way processing goes with food sometimes. But there is a way to add more to your diet and still be eating real foods! (And not those chalky fiber supplements)

Adding foods like fruits (avocados/raspberries), veggies (artichokes/brussels sprouts), whole grains, and beans can make a BIG difference.

It doesn’t have to be complicated — just start by adding one thing at a time!
