The goal isn’t to do more.
The goal is to choose goals that work with your brain, your body, and your life.

If a goal is built on guilt, pressure, or extremes—it’s probably not sustainable.
And that’s not a discipline issue. That’s a design issue.

Setting goals shouldn’t feel like a personality test you’re failing. It’s that time of year when everyone seems to be planning for the year ahead. So, it is so important to make those plans and set the goals with INTENTION.

SMART goals work because they’re rooted in psychology—not willpower.

They reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and help your brain see progress instead of pressure.

If your past goals didn’t stick, you didn’t “lack discipline.”
You likely just needed more support and clarity.

Save this for when January starts getting loud.

Hey besties! Happy New Year!

2025 was the year of growth for Nutrition with Nat. This was the year my little business finally started blossom. And I absolutely wouldn’t have been able to do it or even be in this position now if it wasn’t for each and every one you. From direct support from buying meals, coaching packages, and menus to interacting with and sharing my social media posts, y’all really showed me that I do have a solid support system for this business. From the bottom of my heart (and stomach), THANK YOU!

Busy December nights call for meals that are easy, comforting, and realistic. 🎄
This Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole checks all the boxes:
✔️ budget-friendly
✔️ protein-packed
✔️ crowd-pleasing
Estimated cost: about $2–3 per serving, depending on portions and store prices.

Preheat the oven to 375. Season and roast 1lb of chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and dice. Heat 6 slices of bacon in microwave for 30 seconds. Use half the bag of potatoes to fill a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix chicken, 1 cup of ranch, crumbled bacon bits, and spinach in a bowl. Pour on top of potatoes. Top with 1/2 cup of each cheese. Cover in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. For an added little razzle dazzle, remove foil and broil for 5 minutes to brown the cheese.

Because fueling your body shouldn’t feel complicated — especially during the holidays. Be sure to save for when you need a low-effort and quick dinner!
