Check out these amazing before/after photos of a client from her Assisted Lymphatic Cleansing Series. This was a series of 12 sessions done twice a week.

I am so proud of her after care routine. It’s always obvious who follows my suggested advice once they leave my office.

When it comes to holistic care I can give you the tips and tricks but it’s ultimately up to the client to do their work too, to achieve best results.

Let’s give her a big applause 👏🏻 because body work for us woman is hard, mentally and physically.

These results were achieved in a 6 week timeframe.

Today my client, her therapy dog and myself all got to relax during her appointment.
Meet Athena a German Shepard service dog that even helped relax me while giving her mom a massage by licking my hand and for a short moment had her chin on my foot. 🥹🥰
I felt special. She recently just recovered from surgery so we believe she needed that hour of relaxation too. Happy Monday everyone

What a beautiful Saturday morning here in our local area. We wanted to say thank you to those that could attend our Turning of the Wheel event yesterday morning.
Aug. 1st marks the first of three harvest holiday’s.
It was a delight to share now is the time to pause for a minute from the hustle of the long hot summer days to give thanks for all the hard work that’s put in.
We took the time to look at the trees outside our office to take note of the early signs of Harvest season beginning to show. Then I passed out some Organic Rose Hydrosol for each attendee to take home with them as a reminder of gratitude & to realign their Bio-Energetic field when they feel out of tune.

We discussed how important it is to show ourselves grace for the longs days of work, physically and mentally, since Spring & Summer has sprung with long day light hours.

Then we had an hour of Sound Healing Meditation with our own prayer/mantra in mind of gratitude and Harvesting what we no longer want.
Lastly we shared this gorgeous organic bread together made by Bun In The Oven Sourdough Co. .

Waking up this morning with my windows open, allowing the fresh cool air to flow in feels extra blissful. 🪟 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🙏🏻 🌀

Aug. 1st marks the 1st Harvest Sabbath of 3. Tradition on this day is giving gratitude for all the hard work we have put in physically & mentally over the past few months of long light hours.

Starting at dusk today till dusk of tomorrow honoring and giving thanks with that in mind reminds us to pause to show grace to ourselves and others because hard work doesn’t come easy. It typically involves sweat, tears and new pathways that was presented upon us. Which often can mean old roads were shut down or redirected. This is exciting but can be daunting.

So we at The Garden Of Venus will be having an hour of Sound Healing with a spritz of organic Rose Hydrosol to realign our energy for gratitude. Then feast on this delicious bread made here locally by a young momma.

Healing is often not beautiful. Healing often means deep grief before happiness and it can change a person but where there is deep grief means there was great love!
Our community felt the loss of a local Dr. recently named Richard Sandefur. His hands helped bring life into this world and recently his loving wife Samantha had to hold his hand while he left this physical world. It was an honor to be asked to do a Sound Healing hour for part of his family after his passing in their home, to allow the flow of loss & grief after losing their loved one.

The sound wellness is often shared in beautiful environments with life blooming but we found it just as important to share that at its core, healing is not all light and airy. It can leave one cold and feeling disconnected at times. This is normal during a time of loss and should be honored just as much. Allowing time for yourself to recalibrate is essential during the healing phase and especially during grief. Learning to live again while remembering the moments shared with a loved one that is no longer around, takes time.
When words don’t flow music and melody helps the mind and heart from growing hard and bitter.

We had the honor to meet Richard last year. He loved sound wellness and I admired his open mind. Let us all show love to his family and smile upon the idea that he is now pain free and enjoying his new life in spirit. Amen 🙏🏻

Last night turned out being beautiful for our 1st Floating Sound Bath under Moon light. The sound seemed to move the clouds and our spirit. The dusk lighting turned from golden sun rays to silver & blue moon & starlight skies while the sound filled the air. We had geese, birds and insects chime in to add their own sound healing and a beautiful river breeze flowed over me while I played the Crystal & Tibetian bowls. The gong expanded her energy without any walls holding her back.

We have 2 floating Sound Bath’s scheduled this month and one in August. This gives an idea of what that is except ours will be under the moon in the evening time. We are very excited about these events.

I’m a little late to the day but that’s okay. Happy 1st of the month to you all. The heightened time of summer is truly here. It’s been super hot for us all. I’ve been saying instead of being snowed in we are sun-ed in 😆 I make up words. 🌞

Last night and today was a special day. A dear client of mine is giving birth to her baby soon and asked if i wanted to visit 🥹 and another dear client asked me to host a special outside sound wellness hour under the full moon while they float in their pool. I also found a cracked bird egg while walking into my office today.
New beginnings of creation in all forms are alive. Wishing everyone a good night on this 1st of July.
