So I'm both a nurse and a massage therapist.

I still work as an RN and I know how stressful and draining it can be trying to keep up with a never-ending workload and pouring yourself out for others for 8-12 hours a day.

The one thing we don't do is take care of ourselves.

I know it's not "Nurses Week," or anything, but I've been inspired recently to be more intentional about my own self-care, and I wanted give all nurses a little incentive to do the same.
