Hello Friends, We are excited to introduce our new Leadership Spotlight series here at Oasis. This gives us a chance to highlight our amazing team and an opportunity for all of you to get to know them better. This is something that we are going to do monthly. We look forward to you all and our wonderful team.
The first person we are excited to highlight is our wonderful activities director, Ella. Ella brings light into our neighbor's life every single day. She comes in every day, radiating compassion, energy, and creativity to keep our neighbors entertained all day long.
Ella has lots of experience in healthcare. She has her CNA license in Kentucky and first started out as a caregiver in 2014. Ella has been in healthcare since, and has never looked back. Ella gained interest in the activities department in 2022 and has been our activity director since September 2025.
Outside of work, Ella loves to spend time with her Husband and two kiddos, as well as three fur babies. She lives out in the country and loves to have bonfires with her family. Some of Ella’s favorite hobbies are cooking and baking. She also loves to write in her free time. A fun fact about Ella is that she loves to make balloon arches.
Ellas favorite part of her job is being able to put smiles on all of our neighbors faces. She is honored to be just a small part of their life story and to help make every day enjoyable. We are so thankful to have Ella as our activities director, helping make each of our neighbors as happy as possible every single day.
