Our Story

I am a board certified Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine Physician. I first opened my practice in 2011. Since then, we have rapidly expanded our staff and services. We moved to our new location at 4972 Lincoln Ave in May of 2017. The newly renovated building has provided us a welcoming location to offer more services to our patients. We now offer, in addition to primary care services, Addiction Recovery Services, Counseling Services,Urgent/ Same Day Appointments and Tele-health. Our dedicated team of professionals is here to assist you.
