The Theme Dinner was indeed a triumph. Guests enjoyed the most succulent prime rib as the main dish, paired with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled Broccolini, and concluded with an impressive dessert presentation of crème brûlée and bananas foster flambéed in front of the residents!

Since he loved fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches with bacon, we decided to make our residents thick and fluffy French toast with peanut butter, sliced bananas, and whipped cream, topped with bacon crumbles.
