Duties include answering the phone, greeting patients, collecting, organizing and maintaining confidential patient data, scheduling appointments, providing support to our specialists and fellow employees, and assisting in daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with using digital tools for data management. If you have previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant that’s a plus. Compensation package commensurate with experience and past performance.

Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Aid Dispenser - A truly rewarding and unique opportunity. This position is part clinical and part sales. The HIS / HAD fits hearing instruments to patients and performs ongoing service to them as well. Perform hearing tests, assess level of hearing loss, make recommendations, dispense and fit hearing instruments based on patient’s physiology and other needs. Works cooperatively with other industry and medical professionals. Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

The founders have worked years for big name, corporate hearing aid distributors, but felt frustrated when seeing how that approach often lacked flexibility and compassion. This business is about putting people first.
