An elegant dinner would be nothing without a dedicated team of culinary professionals working behind the scenes to create a menu rivaling that of any fine dining establishment.
Our culinary team served a delicious three course dinner starting with a Red Pepper Bisque drizzled with Basil Oil and topped with a Parmesan Crisp.
The second course was a tender Braised Beef Short Rib, served over Truffle Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables and finished with an incredible Cabernet Demi- Glaze.
The dinner was brought to a close with deliciously warm White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding drizzled with a Bourbon Caramel Sauce.
