An elegant dinner would be nothing without a dedicated team of culinary professionals working behind the scenes to create a menu rivaling that of any fine dining establishment.

Our culinary team served a delicious three course dinner starting with a Red Pepper Bisque drizzled with Basil Oil and topped with a Parmesan Crisp.

The second course was a tender Braised Beef Short Rib, served over Truffle Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables and finished with an incredible Cabernet Demi- Glaze.

The dinner was brought to a close with deliciously warm White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding drizzled with a Bourbon Caramel Sauce.

This is just a taste of what our culinary team has to offer as they serve our residents the finest and freshest made from scratch meals daily.

Our Winter’s Ball Theme Dinner was nothing short of magical, it even snowed- right in our dining room!

From the delicious three course meal, to the evening night cap with Nick Smith. Our residents were sent to bed with visions of snowflakes dancing in their heads. ❄️

Our rehab to home resident, Jean, loved to crochet while at home. When our Life Enrichment team discovered this, we started a crocheting club for others who may also love it or wanted to learn.

While socializing in the club, Jean saw some light pink yarn and stated that she would like to make a baby blanket for someone that was expecting. Our staff told her that we knew just who to pair her up with! Jean loves making things for others and made it her mission to get the blanket done before discharging back to home.

Two days before finishing her rehab stay and discharging home, Jean was thrilled to present our Nursing Assistant Ganaya with a hand crocheted Baby Blanket. 💕

We love providing opportunities for our residents to continue pursuing their passions and living life with purpose!
