“Be still, my heart!” Ms. Kay says throwing her arms out as she enters the greenhouse for the first time this Spring.
“This is better than a candy store, I’ve died and gone to heaven!”
Ms. Kay, we have to agree, because it’s our most favorite time of the year! We kicked off our Campus in Color season with a trip to our two favorite local garden supply spots! 🌻
🌼Sandy and the Jim Hipp Nursery crew, boast the most welcoming nursery in our area. They never fail to treat our residents like family. Whether it’s taking a moment to sit and chat with them about years gone by, mutual friends or answering questions about plants- they make the time for us, every time!
🌱Likewise, Jay and the staff at Elberfeld Gardens LLC, are always available to answer our many many questions, help us locate that ‘one specific plant’ our residents requested, or educate us on a new plant variety he came across this year! Their rows and rows of beautiful flowers and plants are simply breathtaking.
We are honored to have cultivated these incredible community partnerships and we look forward to getting our plants home and in our courtyards! 🪴
