Interrupting my usual educational content to share that our sweet Shep arrived last week! We are all doing great and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in the new year for all scheduled consults and surgeries 🫶🏻

My team is always laughing at me when I tell patients to “be aggressive” 🤣

But it’s so true! Excellent results come from careful surgical planning and sometimes bigger surgeries. Small surgeries can lead to small results. Some surgeons might have told this patient that all she needed was a mini tummy tuck-but that wouldn’t have corrected her issues!!

A full tummy tuck with 360 liposuction (look at her back!!) allowed me to contour more curves, correct her diastasis and center her belly button. A mini tummy tuck would have never achieved these result.

She is only 6 weeks out so her results will continue to improve with time. (Patient also had subfascial implant placement with Motiva round mini 360 😊)

Thinking about a breast augmentation? Here’s what you need to know!

🍒 Start looking at photos to get an idea of what you like! Goalfinder.bustmob.com is a great resource as well as Fb group Bustmob! (Main Group)

💰 Plan for cost. I have transparent pricing. Pricing starts at $7500 for surgery, facility, anesthesia, implants, bra, pre/post op care.

📚 Find a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon for a consult to review your goals, anatomy, and medical history and book your surgery!!

❤️‍🩹 Plan for recovery. Most patients need a few days and they can resume desk work, a few weeks to resume light cardio/stretching and are fully released without restrictions at 6 weeks. A lot of times, the recovery is a lot easier than expected 🙌🏻

🩵 Do understand there are risks to every surgery. Implants aren’t a “forever” device. Most patients will need another breast surgery in the future to remove or swap out implants. These can be very straightforward procedures, so don’t let that scare you!

What a weekend! ✨

We spent the weekend at Amelia Island with fellow Amelia surgeons and their families for the very first Amelia Surgeon Summit.

I feel so thankful to be part of such a talented, passionate group. Experiences like this push me to keep growing-for myself and for my patients. One thing I can promise: this group of surgeons will never stop working to improve patient experience and surgical techniques. I’m so excited to keep moving forward for all of you 🫶🏻

And… no more hiding it 🤣 Baby #4 arriving this December!! 👶✨
