Today's movement breakdown:
db halos
knee over toes lunge
assisted hip flexor stretch
arm bars
box squats
I think one of the biggest disservices to the general public is that they're made to think they need to stretch every joint, every day.
I don't stretch all the time and I only stretch a few problem areas. Based on actual joint range of motion assessments, for me that means my pecs, lats, hip flexors, and wrists. You probably have other areas that need regular lengthening and that's why an assessment is so important.
I am all for personal autonomy but if you're new to something or not trained in it, hire a professional to get you started.
