What a day! I just had one of the best days on my bike in over 2 years! I've been putting just a little time in on the trainer and I'm feeling the difference! The real catalysis, contrast training with sauna and cold plunge 2-3x a week since december.
It's helped with so many things including my cold tolerance and areas of inflammation. The real kicker is my motivation to keep up other habits is way up.
I'd love to help you try out contrast training ! I'm facilitating a workshop for those who feel like they could never do a cold plunge. That was me, and I can truly say I miss it if I haven't gone for a few days!
