We have an Intake Coordinator/Office Assistant position open in the office. This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities include:
◘Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages
◘Learn process of sending, tracking and dropping orders into EMR
◘Monitoring Fax Folder
◘Drop clinical documents into EMR
◘Write, send and track all aspect of PAs
◘Receive and write up referrals
◘Track and work referrals from beginning to end
◘Participate in On-Call rotation

REQUIREMENTS
◘Dependable
◘Excellent organizational skills
◘Self-starter who is able to work independently
◘Must be a quick learner on computer systems with good working knowledge of EMR's, email, Word, Excel
◘Preferred experience with Home Health
◘Pleasant, professional, team player
◘Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
◘Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
