Try out Lanna Lee barre class this Friday at 8:30!
Our fabulous yoga/fitness instructor Lanna has added to her repertoire! 💫 Come check out her Barre classes on Fridays at 8:30am! From Lanna ~ “Discovering my passion for Barre has proven to be a full circle experience in my fitness journey. As a yoga instructor, my teaching style has always been influenced by my dance background. From music selection to sequencing and carefully constructed rhythms and tempos, I’m a dancer by trade, even on my mat. In the weight room, my professional intuition leans towards an emphasis on linking proper alignment and form to my clients’ natural movement styles and unique pattern preferences - again, my inner dancer showing through. Finding Barre has been the ultimate circling back to my childhood dancing years. However, I’m now able to blend together my adult knowledge of fitness, yoga, Pilates, and so much more. When putting together classes, my mind has been transported back to being a little girl spending hours in my room creating dance routines to the latest Britney Spear’s album. As an adult, I am rediscovering that same enthusiasm reigniting through my passion for Barre. In my classes, you will find an approach that not only emphasizes uplifting music and playful dance-based choreography but also challenges, sculpts, and defines the entire body. Whether you’re a dancer at heart or have never placed a hand on a Barre, I invite you to come let me lead you through your Barre workout.
