Jessica discovered her love for yoga in 2005 when she attended a class at the Evansville Yoga Center. After a couple months of classes she noticed all the wonderful benefits that goes along with the practice. She completed her 200 hour certifcation from Evansville Yoga Center in 2010. In training she learned many types of yoga but mainly focuses on a hatha flow. One-on-one class-$60; group 2-3 people $15/ person, groups of 4 or more $10/ person If "host" can get 6 or more together, yourself included, that class for you is......FREE!!!! All levels are welcome from begginer to advanced. If you want to de-stress, be more flexible, build strength, get rid of the aches and pains, or just want to have FUN! Then yoga is what you need. Benefits of Yoga:

Hockey is right around the corner and we are so excited😁 I get to do yoga with the 14U Thunder team this year YAY! I can not stress how good doing yoga for hockey is. I'm getting together the groups of poses we will be working on for each week. This is week 1. Throughout the week I will break down each pose on how to get into it and how it will help. Each group of poses should be around 30 minutes. If you do these before a skate hold for shorter times. If it's after skating you can hold for longer.
