I LOVE KEY LIME!!! These Key Lime Cheesecake Bars taste amazing and are no-bake!
Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
4 drops Lime Oil
1/2 cup granulated cane sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
Lime zest (for topping)
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond butter
Directions:
1. Blend the filling ingredients in a bowl with a stand or hand mixer until smooth.
2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a blender or food processor, then mix in the almond butter.
3. Press the crust mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
4. Sprinkle with lime zest and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Slice, serve, and enjoy! 🍋💛
