Pre to 3 is a support program that supports mother and baby during pregnancy until baby is 3 years of age. The goal of the program is to educate parents and families to help prevent infant mortality. The program offers home visits each week using the Growing Great KidsTM curriculum to educate and offer important skills for babies and their families!

Our infant mortality rate is simply unacceptable. But, what if Vanderburgh County and the surrounding communities become one that all pregnant women, infants, children & families have a place to receive support to grow healthy children and families.

Our residents work closely with local community agencies throughout their training. One of those agencies is the Albion Fellows Bacon Center. In 2021, this nonprofit provided 3,567 nights of safe shelter to 157 adults and 108 children.

One of our residents recently had the opportunity to work with Patchwork Central and wanted to share more about what they do!

Patchwork serves individuals and families with unique arts and enrichment programming for youth, an emergency food pantry, hospitality offered to all our neighbors, a community garden and meditative green spaces, facilities for other community organizations, and a health ministry offering health screenings and consultation with a nurse.

Our resident assisted one of the mornings answering health questions, taking blood pressure, and discussing health issues with many individuals seeking care.
