We have been working on a fun educational project for the last several months, here at Walnut Creek.
We grew our own butterflies, and butterfly garden, starting with caterpillars, into chrysalis, while we waited, we educated ourselves about our butterflies, and planted our butterfly garden, and then we got to experience the joy and beauty of releasing our butterflies. We successfully released 32 healthy Painted Lady butterflies.
