Since 2005, our family owned and faith-based hospice has been delivering outstanding, quality care to our patients and their families. Because we are a one-of-a-kind, local hospice we are able to customize our care to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our patients are often our neighbors, our family, and our friends. It is our ministry to serve, our purpose to care, and our mission to provide excellent symptom management, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to not only the patient, but the their whole family.

✨This month, we're excited to shine the light on Justine, one of the incredible hearts behind our hospice team. As our Community Relations Specialist, she walks alongside families helping them from fear and uncertainty, to understanding and peace.

When she is not serving families, she loves spending time at The Hills Church, hosting game nights with her adult children, and staying active with her husband—whether that is hiking, throwing darts, catching Pokémon, or enjoying walks together. When I asked her a few questions regarding her role at Holiday Health Care, this is what she said:

If you could share one piece of advice with families considering hospice care, what would it be?
"The most common thing families tell me is, “We wish we would have called sooner.” That’s my why. You deserve to know your options early—options focused on comfort, dignity, and compassionate care. Asking for an assessment doesn’t mean you have to admit; it simply gives you the facts you need to make the best decision for your loved one."

What would you say to someone considering Holiday Health Care—either as an employee or for services?
"I’ve been part of the Holiday family for seven years, and it has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Whether you’re seeking a career or care for a loved one, you’re choosing a team that treats you like family. You’re not giving up—you’re gaining support. I’m always here to answer hospice questions honestly and compassionately, with no pressure and no obligation."

Exciting News! 🎉

Today, we want to take a moment to congratulate our Clinical Manager, Jordan on her new role with us! Jordan has been an incredible part of our hospice family, and we are so excited to see her grow and make a difference in the lives of our patients!

Jordan started as an RN case manager and transitioned into the on-call nurse position within our company prior to accepting the Clinical Manager position. When asked what she is most excited for in this new role she stated: "I am so excited for the opportunity to support our team while enhancing our patient care!"

When she is not at work, Jordan enjoys cooking, thrifting, reading, or crafting. She loves game nights with friends and traveling with her husband, Ty—they have been together since high school and will be celebrating their ten-year wedding anniversary this October! She is also a rollercoaster enthusiast and spends as much time as she can at Holiday World—The Voyage is her favorite. 🎢

Let's all take a moment to congratulate Jordan and wish her luck in her new role!
