It is our ministry to serve, our purpose to care, and our mission to provide excellent symptom management, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to not only the patient, but the their whole family.

🎅 ✨ Our hospice team spread joy around town, visiting patients with a special guest... Santa! Seeing the smiles & hearing laughter brought so much light to our community! We're grateful for all the stops but especially stopping at one of our own, The Heritage Center & Horizons Rehabilitation and spreading cheer on the Wellsprings Unit! A big thanks to everyone for making this a memorable day! ❤️

⭐ Employee Spotlight! ⭐

This month, we are excited to shine the light on Nancy! This spotlight is especially meaningful, as Nancy is celebrating 15 years with Heritage Hospice this month! Before beginning her nursing career, Nancy directed a church music program. When her dad got sick and needed hospice care, she discovered her calling in the medical field. At 39, she earned her degree in nursing, interviewed with our company shortly after passing the NCLEX, and has been a part of our team ever since! Nancy says she was trained by some of the best hospice nurses within our company and credits them for shaping her into the nurse she is today. She loves her work and the impact she makes in the lives of others. We are incredibly grateful to have Nancy on our team. Cheers to 15 wonderful years! 💚
