We are Evansville’s Heritage, Evansville’s Hospice. Our patients are often our neighbors, our family, and our friends.

Since 2005, our family owned and faith-based hospice has been delivering outstanding, quality care to our patients and their families. Because we are a one-of-a-kind, local hospice we are able to customize our care to meet the individual needs of our clients. It is our ministry to serve, our purpose to care, and our mission to provide excellent symptom management, spiritual guidance, and emotional support to not only the patient, but the their whole family.

Lisa our RN Case Manager and Justine our Community Relations Specialist enjoyed a quick lunch break in The Heritage Center parking lot! They ate some delicious food and lemon shake ups from Hoosier Burger Co Food Truck! Sharing laughter and good food strengthens our bonds, boosts morale and creates a positive atmosphere for our residents and staff! 💜
