💜 Save a Life Day 💜
Our teams in Williamsburg and Barbourville, KY joined communities across the state for Save a Life Day—a nationwide effort to raise awareness and distribute naloxone (Narcan), a medication that can reverse an opioid overdose.

This initiative is about more than medication—it’s about breaking stigma, building community, and giving people the tools to step in during a critical moment.

Several Kentucky counties have also taken an important step forward placing Narcan boxes in public spaces, making this life-saving resource more accessible than ever.

💜 Hazard, KY celebrates Recovery Month in a big way! 💜

Our team hosted a Self-Care Fair with 15 community partners, shared resources, and distributed 61 Narcan boxes to help save lives. The day was filled with connection, hope, and even some live music that lifted spirits and brought people together 🎶🙌.

As part of our Recovery Month community outreach series, our team joined together for the Hope and Healing Walk. 💜 Each flag and sign served as a reminder of the toll addiction has had on the lives of so many.

But woven through these reminders was a stronger message—hope is real, recovery is possible, and people do recover. 🙌

Events like this bring our communities together to remember, reflect, and most importantly, to spread encouragement to anyone still walking their recovery journey. You are not alone. 💙

🩵 Our Middlesboro, KY team joined the Crater of Hope Step Up for Recovery 5K this past weekend, and it was such an encouraging way to celebrate Recovery Month.

Sponsored by Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH), Operation UNITE, Spero Health, and Personal Best Racing, this event brought the community together to support recovery and break down stigma.

Our Cynthiana, KY team hosted a construction-themed self-care fair for Recovery Month, reminding us that recovery is a lot like building something strong and lasting.

Every step matters—from laying a solid foundation of support and resources, to adding tools for self-care, and celebrating each milestone along the way. Just like any construction project, recovery takes planning, patience, teamwork, and commitment.

This weekend, our team joined the Voices of Hope 10-Year Anniversary of Recovery Awareness Day (RAD) in Lexington, KY — and wow, what an incredible day it was.

Recovery isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we see, feel, and celebrate together. RAD brought out a wave of connection, energy, and hope that reminds us why community matters. Every handshake, every hug, every conversation, every smile was a reminder that recovery is alive and thriving in Kentucky.
