Exclusively pediatrics, ages 0-18, we provide occupational, physical, & speech therapy All deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service.

Center for Pediatric Therapy is a provider of early intervention services with First Steps. Our current staff has over 45 years of combined experience with First Steps. Add our new contractual staff, and our clinic has over 150 years experience in early intervention services. Our Therapists will nurture and encourage the very best within each child. This allows each child to build characteristics of confidence and positive self worth. It also provides each child with a strong foundation for productivity for the future. Call our business manager at (812)479-7337 for specific details about the referral process. We work with you and your family physician for a smooth transition into therapy. Insurance coverage and concerns will be identified prior to your evaluation and/or treatment. Your financial obligations will be discussed and outlined prior to the evaluation and start of treatment. CPT is a preferred provider for most insurance plans and accepts Indiana Medicaid.
