💫Park Terrace Village is proud to celebrate Kim Alsman and her participation in the Moving Forward therapy program. We designed custom therapy sessions for Kim after an exacerbation of her medical condition. Her personalized therapy programs included Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. Kim worked hard to perform activities of daily living, functional mobility, and community-focused ambulation to be able to return to her own home independently. Additionally, the nursing team worked diligently to address medical conditions for a successful discharge home.

Kim shared her experience with the staff at Park Terrace Village: "I was very happy with my stay here. I love all the people that helped me along the way. I felt like I was a part of a great community. Just take things one day at a time!”
