For the people to heal from the collective shadow, one must face their personal shadows. And that takes courage and releasing the shame we have when we are uncomfortable, or react violently. We bypass these big emotions because we feel unsafe. It's destabilizing. And like any wounded animal, we shrink from what is causing us pain.

But our healing is in the pain.

Our healing lives down in the shadows.

Where we face the shackles of our trauma and transgressions.

Letting the Spirit hold a torch of truth & love

We greet them
We converse with them
We let them tell their stories

In safety and compassion

We are not to blame for our abuse
But we must be accountable to their manifestations

With gentleness and ease
By belly crawling in the Underworld

We become untethered
And that energetic transmutation
Grieves the collective shadow

So if you really want to save the world
Face your farking shadows, mate

Shadow Work, out of any holistic and healing modality, is the most transformational. This exploration into the soul (psyche or energy field) takes a great deal of courage to discover root issues into our "shortcomings".

I am a storyteller. I have found this to be the most comfortable place to share wisdom from. And within this fellowship meeting, I aim to share my experiences with shadows. The stories I want to share is what I witnessed not only from extreme religious encounters, but the evocative heroine's departure from patriarchy and rediscovery of Goddess and self. Even the profound inner child healing that came from facing the "monsters" which are how I perceive as unhealed masks.

Through guided exercises, journal prompts, and personalized rituals, we will delve into the subconscious to uncover and integrate our inner shadows. And to enjoy a time of storytelling and sacred space.

This is open and inclusive to all spiritual paths, and I strive to guide our time together with honor and compassion.

I had a disheartening exchange between an old friend on FB (an app I will be deactivating soon), and it's become quite apparent that people don't want to see the truth.

This person, who I have known for close to 15 years, had always been the epitome of kindness. The community we lived in (where they were and my family were raised) rallied in voting them in for 2 prominent political seats for our city. Their compassion and integrity were something we wholeheartedly believed in. They have been an astounding leader who have helped many.

I have been outspoken about 🍉 since last year (which i still hold guilt it was not sooner) and have been vehemently vocal about my distaste for our current (democratic) administration, not only because of the appalling involvement overseas, but what is happening on the soil we occupy. Most of the time, it is crickets. FB is the place to show off your achievements and vacations, not to depress people about our current state of affairs.

In one of my "tangents," it caught the eye of said person.
Now, since I have moved away from this town over 2 years ago, I have talked with them less than a handful of times. I don't know their character, but i assumed I still knew.

I was wrong. In such a nice, professional tone, I was given the 2-sided commentary. That "yes, both based on the law of nature and the law of man as enshrined in the UN Charter," Izzy has the right to defend themselves. That it is idealism to vote 3rd party. That Hummus is a terr🔥ist org. But they believe the apartheid should be dismantled and reparations made.

They believe that the DNC are still fighting for our civil rights, and they have to be voted in to defeat the true 🍊 f@sc¡st

So I ended the convo with this picture and said, "Please read these 2 books, and we can continue this conversation." And I told them I wish the same for them that they do for 🍉

I will not siphon my energy to deal with weak liberals, 2 sides, or rabid Zy0nists. 380+ days, 76 years, we see the truth so clearly now.

I pray for your souls.
