I’m honored to share that CuraDirect Healthcare – Community for a Cure has graciously invited me to serve as team lead for our upcoming cancer walk. This cause is deeply personal to me.

I was diagnosed with stage two kidney cell carcinoma—but that diagnosis is not my keeper. It’s part of my story, not the ending.

This walk is about more than miles or fundraising. It’s about showing up. Showing up for a family member, a friend, a loved one, or even for yourself. Being present can be powerful, empowering, and incredibly cathartic.

Donations are truly appreciated and help move the mission forward—but please know that your presence matters just as much. Walking alongside others, sharing space, and standing together in hope is sometimes the greatest gift of all.

If this cause speaks to you, I invite you to join us. Let’s walk for strength, for healing, for remembrance, and for a cure. ❤️

Went to two Chamber of commerce events this week and loved learning more about the incredible organizations in our community! Every new connection helps us better understand and serve our patients — and the unique needs they may have. Feeling inspired and grateful for this community! 🧡🌿🩺

Last night’s Marysville Chamber of Commerce event was fantastic — full of great people, meaningful connections, and inspiring conversations. I walked away energized and grateful for a community that continually invests in leadership growth and collaborative opportunities.

Also loved sharing more about what we’re doing at CuraDirect Healthcare — building healthier communities through accessible, relationship‑centered care. Excited for what’s ahead!

Being in a room filled with passionate leaders, bussniess owners, and community advocates reminded Wendy Magana and myself just how powerful our local latino community truly is.

At CuraDirect Healthcare, we're committed to building relationships, increasing access to bilingual primary care, and supporting the health of our community with dignity and compassion. Events like this reinforce why this work matters.
