I CAN NOT SAY THIS ENOUGH!! The importance of massage after any kind of surgery is high. Surgery can have life long effects of many kinds, but the great thing about massage post surgery is that those effects don’t have to exist. The earlier you get massage after surgery the better, but whether you had surgery 3 days ago or 3 years ago you’re still going to receive the same help and relief, but the longer you wait the longer the healing is going to take. Make massage your priority now so that the life you live is one of physical ease 👐🏼

We all have everything we need already to obtain everything we desire and to live the life we dream of. Most of us are bogged down with the issues we may have consciously “let go” of, it the problem is our unconscious mind is still running the loops to achieve the outcomes we no longer want or no longer serves us. This has to be one of my favorite tools! Its aids in helping a variety of different things such as relieving tension, breaking down scar tissue, pulling out toxins, and bringing fresh blood flow to the areas of pain to assist the muscles in their recovery! Hi everyone and Happy New Year!,
I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday season with lots of laughter!
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported my small business this year and I am so grateful to have made such great connections with all of you!

I decided to do some business goals coming into this new year, which as I’m sure you can tell I have changed my business name! I am rebuilding and rebranding my entire business for this new year to come, with some things remaining the same, and some complete changes.
